Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. All of our nails are made to order and we take great care in making sure we get them right. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number where you will be able to keep track of your orders location. Shipping may take between 3-4 business days. 

Please note that TouchofLuxuryNails is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. If this is to happen, please contact the carrier service as they will be able to provide more information.
